These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the User, or "you") and FastOnward ("we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the FastOnward website, mobile applications, and other associated services (collectively, the "Site"). Please note that the Services provided by FastOnward include a reservation service that generates a reservation document solely for travel documentation purposes. This document does not represent a real airline ticket, and no actual purchase or boarding is facilitated through our platform.

By accessing or using the Site and/or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not fully agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and/or Services. Additionally, you acknowledge that we may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective as soon as they are posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. General Terms
1.1. The User agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service when using the Site and/or Services. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone accessing the Site via your internet connection also complies with these Terms. You may not transfer, license, or assign your rights under these Terms. By interacting with the Site and/or using the Services, you explicitly agree to these Terms and voluntarily comply with them.
1.2. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site and/or Services and exit the Site.
1.3. All information on the Site is presented in Turkish. By accepting these Terms, you agree to use the Site in Turkish only, and FastOnward cannot be held liable for any misunderstandings or translation errors.
1.4. To use the Site, you must be at least 16 years of age. By accessing the Site and/or Services, you confirm that you are over 16 and have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms.

2. Reservation Service & Payment Methods
2.1. Reservation Service: FastOnward provides a flight reservation service. When you create a reservation, a document is generated for travel documentation purposes only. This document is not a real airline ticket and cannot be used for boarding flights. No actual ticket purchase occurs on our platform.
2.2. Payment Methods: Although no real ticket is purchased, FastOnward accepts payments (e.g., credit cards, debit cards) to cover service fees for generating the reservation document. All fees and payment processes will be clearly communicated.

3. User Obligations
3.1. You must not use the Site and/or Services for unlawful purposes. You must not monitor, copy, or access any part of the Site using automated tools such as robots or spiders, nor attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or transmit viruses.
3.2. You agree not to engage in behaviors that:
- Violate the rights of FastOnward or third parties,
- Involve impersonation or illegal activities on the Site,
- Use the Site for commercial or promotional purposes without authorization,
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to account information.
3.3. You are required to use the Site and/or Services only with genuine intent to generate a valid travel documentation reservation.

4. Rights of FastOnward
FastOnward reserves the right to block a User's access to the Site without prior notice. We also reserve the right to perform maintenance and other operations to ensure the proper functioning of the Site.

5. Legal Disclaimer
5.1. The materials on the Site (such as graphics, software, digital content, etc.) are provided "as is" without any warranties. FastOnward does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of these materials.
5.2. FastOnward reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue services and prices without prior notice.
5.3. You acknowledge that FastOnward assumes no responsibility for the use of its services beyond the provision of the virtual reservation document.

6. Use of Site Materials and Services
FastOnward holds the intellectual property rights to all materials on the Site or has valid rights from third parties. No part of the materials on the Site may be copied, reproduced, published, or distributed without our explicit permission.

7. FastOnward Service Policy
7.1. FastOnward does not guarantee the accuracy of the information on the Site. The information provided is for general informational purposes only, and you should refer to more current, accurate, and complete sources if needed.
7.2. FastOnward reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue services and prices without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Under applicable laws, FastOnward does not limit its liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8.2. FastOnward is not responsible for any damages arising from errors, viruses, or other harmful software related to the use of the Site.
