Buyer (Consumer) Information
This agreement is made between the customer (Buyer) who makes a reservation through the FastOnward website and FastOnward. The Buyer is identified using the contact information provided during the reservation process.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement determines the terms of use, payment methods, and refund conditions for the virtual reservation service provided by FastOnward.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICE
FastOnward provides a virtual reservation document that can only be used for travel documentation purposes. This document is not a real airline ticket and cannot be used for boarding.
By purchasing the service, the Buyer accepts these conditions.

4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payments are securely processed through the İyzico payment system.
Once the payment is confirmed, the virtual reservation document is sent to the Buyer’s email address and can also be viewed in the “My Reservation” section of the FastOnward application.
A verification code is sent to the Buyer to access the document, and the document is validated using this code.

5. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only accepted if the service cannot be provided due to technical issues.
In case of a technical issue, the Buyer may contact the support team at [email protected] to request a refund.

6. LOCAL REGULATIONS
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the use of this service complies with the regulations of their own country.

7. LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION
FastOnward provides customer support in English. Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the terms before making a purchase.

8. ENFORCEMENT
This agreement becomes effective once the Buyer completes the payment.
